A LITTLE ABOUT US:

From our family to yours:

Thank you for taking the time to learn about our family.  We look forward to expanding our family circle to include you as well.  We love you and can’t wait to meet you.

Keith heads up this cast of characters.  Nothing rattles this family man.  He wrestles with the boys, builds Lego pirate ships and reads stories with the most infectious voice overs.  He snaps his fingers while he croons big band songs in the shower.  He memorizes football statistics and analyzes every…single…detail.

Chantelle dominates the air hockey tables.  Her true calling may have been as a chef on Food Network.  Whether it’s painting, decorating, drawing or designing, her creativity makes our home as beautiful as she is.  She will never start an unfinished book series since she can’t wait to find out what happens next.  She has faith in her family, faith in herself and faith in God.

Tyson is 11 and whistles Christmas songs year round.  Name the sport and he’ll knock your socks off.  He engineers mind-blowing creations using simple items like duct tape, zip ties, PVC pipe and string.  He proudly wears bold, fluorescent clothing and flashes a warm, contagious grin to everyone.

Cade is 3 with a face that can contort into a thousand different expressions.  If there’s a puddle, he’ll fall into it.  If there’s a rock, he’ll trip over it.  If there’s destruction, he’s the cause of it.  He climbs the highest rungs of the ladder to the steepest slides without hesitation or fear.  Though he can’t hold still, he’ll be the first to recognize when someone needs a hug.

Our family would not be complete without mentioning our 4 year-old Dachsund-Shorkie, Brinley.  She protects our boys, loves tug of war and balls.  She’s the shortstop for our family games.

Baseball is our family’s national past time.  A thin layer of red dirt covers the sun bleached lawn chairs and sports wagons that have taken up residence in my trunk.  Because we play ball year round, we usually have one-sided sunburned faces. I bring a paperclip to all games. It's my fidget toy when #21 pitches or when the game gets intense.  Dishes can wait.  Chores can be done later.  We’re all at the field.
